Welbutrin was added to my Effexor and Lithium years into that regiment because I had no motivation, lethargy. Maybe it helped in the beginning, but to be honest I don't notice much of a difference. I don't know if it added the pounds or if it was my love of fattening food. Live everyone said, finding the right medication is trial and error. Give it a try, keep a journal of how you feel and keep in contact with your doctor. Good luck!
