You aren't alone. I have the same feelings as you do.
Sometimes a journal helps.
Sometimes a long soaking epsom salt bath works as you sob into the tub.
Sometimes just letting others know how you are, especially here, is a good way to help you. At least here, everyone (even though we're strangers) have one common thread.
