I would think it is not so much about getting it out of your system, that has probably happened already. It is that your receptors in your brain and body got used to the serotonin and now it is gone and things are out of wack. I don't know much about withdrawal but it would seem it would be about getting those receptors rebalanced. Maybe there are supplements that can help. There are books written about it.
