Looks like my eyes. I say mine are blue (on like my DMV description), as the iris is surrounded by a strong blue circle. Then, the iris has both blue & green colors in it, with a golden hue surrounding my pupil. The green does get more pronounced with certain colors that I wear & if I'm sick or depressed. The blue stands out more with other colors and if I'm feeling happy.

I'm 43, and my eyes have always been this way as well. It is hard to tell people what color they are though!
