I kind of find it hard to believe that eyes can change color based on mood. I'm not saying yours don't. I'm saying I remember thinking that maybe my eyes do because I was having a rough day and my eyes were fairly gray, but then I realized it was cloudy. The color of the sky was reflecting in my eyes.
It's definitely an interesting idea though
