I'm feeling awful. :/ I know it's something I'll have to deal with until everything is out of my system, but does anyone have any advice to ease this transition?
Did anyone find something that helped the electric shocks or nausea?
Anything would be greatly appreciated!
Although I haven't been able to stay off meds completely, I did last for 21 days before depression set in. I took magnesium, vitamin B complex, fish oil, vitamin D, probiotics, and a multi-vitamin. If I was going to do it over (and I will eventually just not now) then I would add in st. johns wort, 5HTP, or SAM-e. I hear those are helpful for mood and perhaps it can help with the craziness going on with the serotonin. No expert just the things I've heard others suggest.
