Sunrise, good luck at your session today. Maybe let T know what you wrote-- that you feel he might push you away. Hopefully he will be able to give you some reassurance there. I really hope your session goes well.

I'll be seeing my T as well today. I took a personal day from work because I have so much school stuff piled up, and I really need a whole day to focus on it. Of course all I can do is think about my session, which isn't until 5 o'clock. And I am already thinking about tomorrow, and how much I'll hate it because it will then be a whole week until the next session. I can't even handle seeing my T anymore, I feel pathetic.
