My T has a sliding scale so I don't use insurance with him at all.

But I remember when I lived in NY, my insurance plan only allowed a certain amount of visits with my T and I had to end up paying out of pocket for extra visits that I needed. She was very nice and we tried to work out a fee that was fair for both of us.
