First, I'm so sorry this has happened to you. I read that people with bipolar have the highest rate of stopping their meds when they've been stable for awhile.
I am utterly shocked that your best friend said good when you told her you wrote a note. That doesn't sound like a best friend to me, second I can't believe your mom said that!
You are back on meds, and you can repair what's happened. You have a good job you love.
