Us anorexics are exhausted all the time too.. I can only speak for myself, but I'll get bursts of energy throughout the day, but then I'll get really tired and I can hardly move.
What kind of foods do you eat? Try finding some healthy foods that you enjoy eating such as cucumbers, nuts, apples, carrots... there are plenty of yummy things to try! When you eat processed and junk food, it fills you up for a short amount of time, but then you're hungry for more. Also, cut back some on the soda, coffee, and tea and replace it with water. Green tea I hear is also really good for you and is very satisfying.
Don't feel like you need to be a toothpick in order to be successful in life... its not all its cracked up to be. There is nothing wrong with wanting to eat healthier, but make sure you don't starve yourself!
