I've been med free for what I think is 3 weeks now (after a year of hellish tapering), so I'm in a similar place. I get the zaps, headaches and dizziness.
I use the allergy medicine to help me sleep (and honestly to deal with allergies), not during the day to help symptoms. I take omega-3, 5HTP, NAC, at times GABA, magnesium, choline. It may seem like a lot, but I've been dealing with withdrawal for a while, remember, so I've been trying anything that may help.
I hope you feel better soon! I know how bad withdrawal or any dose change can make you feel, but it does get better.
