I take Zoloft 50 mg I started 2 months ago and the reason I did was because I needed help to get my body on track I couldn't do it myself so the meds help. But I also changed my whole lifestyle, I knew that meds were the whole answer. I excercise it relaeases alot of the good endorphins in your brain plus it gives you something else to focus on. Yoga also is good excercise which is quite relaxing because it teaches you your breathing ( but you already know that) Vitamins especially the stress ones that deal with your nervous systems like B Complex which you take with Vitamin C, when you srtessed your body quickly depletes these vitamins, multi-vitamin, having a C.D player by your bed and playing a c.d with ocean sounds iyour mind will focus on tis and help you sleep, if you wake up just turn it on again keep doing this and you'll find it evenuatly helps. It takes about 2 weeks for the vitamins to get thru your system but I swear by it. No caffeine, lots of herbal teas especially chammiole, pepperment, spearment, lemongrass if you like teas. Seeing a Master Herbalist or accupuncturist can give you alot of valuable info, Also Cognitive Therapy works thats why Therapists work they get you to understand that your attacks won't hurt you and your symptoms can be fixed by talk therapy and paying attention to positve( like telling yourself when your having a attack...ok relax your having an attack it won't hurt you,it will pass and so on) But you have to allow yourself to look at the negative toughts but only for a minute and then let it go..I know it can be scary but with time and patience you will get better, wishing you all the best from someone who has been there.....god bless.
