Energy drinks and caffeine are certainly not going to help at all! I didnt even know you could overdose on caffeine. Hope you and your heart are ok after that. Your body could still be recovering from that shock to the system if this tiredness is "fresh".
Its quite important for people with anxiety and bipolar to steer clear of caffeine if it has adverse effects on them. It can really affect your sleep cycles which then brings on mood episodes. Not to mention the "ups" and "crashes" you get from using substances like this.
It sounds like your body is showing you signs that it is not happy with your lifestyle choices - look after it, its the only one you have!
