Hi

I posted on hear a while back about being referred to a psych consultant. The day has arrived! My appointment is tomorrow.

I'm sitting here making notes and feeling very scared and almost like I'm a fraud. I've been suffering depression on and off for about 20 years and my doc recently started noticing what he thought could be manic episodes. Hence the referral.

I suppose I just wanted to come on here and pour out my feelings to people who know and have been through this.
