I always take my mood log that has really turned into a journal. My pdoc just reads the whole thing and then we talk about it.
You write well Bazz so use that to your advantage. I get so nervous sometimes I totally forget everything I wanted to say.
Maybe write down not just how you are doing, but what are your expectations, what do you want to get out of therapy, what are your goals. This is harder but I bet she will ask those types of questions.
