Depressive episodes and certain medication has made me feel this way. The feelings will return when you're more stable. How's your self-care routine? Are you sleeping and eating well? What about exercise, and things like mindfulness, CBT/DBT, etc? I find that taking care of myself helps me reset the emotional numbness more quickly.
