1. Even though I have some major stressors in my life right now, I don't feel the need to email/text T. I'm content to write in my journal and talk about things in session.
2. I'm feeling significantly less anxious than I have been, even with lots of things going on.
3. I've been taking a few risks with sharing things with T, and it feels kinda safe. I don't feel like it's going to come back to haunt me.
