People here are so open and talks a lot about their personal life, so I thought- am I the only one who afraids that someone who I know can read my posts and recognize it's me?

I told my therapist about the forum some time ago because we had a discussion about hugs and wanted to show him that it's normal part of therapy, so I told him about this forum.
So he knows I'm here and easy can find me.

Does anyone know you are here? Aren't you afraid they could find you?
