People you know that toxic shame is the main pillar cause of low self esteem. I wanted to ask about embracing emotion subject. What to do when you carry chronic guilt of other people made painful situations which affected you or was directly made to you? I've realized that a lot of stuff I keep no matter what of other people real intentions and maybe their faults. It a lot accompanies for self esteem more looking in a deeper sense. Mainly you are taking guilt from their responsibility. So basically this is not your guilt, but probably you was 'unarmed' and took it subconsciously as shame based people usually doing it. How to embrace not your guilt ? Or how to correctly formulate situation to accept that guilt ?
