Does anyone play a musical instrument to help their BP condition? This can be to handle anxiety or stress for instance. Or a way of getting lost for awhile from those depressing thoughts. This of course supplements your medicine regime.

Personally I fiddle with my music synthesizers. I used to know how to play the piano, such as Scott Joplin's The Entertainer. I have tried to relearn this ability but have not been able to stick with the practicing long enough to make a difference. So instead I noodle with the literally thousand sounds I have at my disposal, or can create from scratch. I find that this is still relaxing to me, takes my mind off of things when depressed, and is exciting when my mood shifts upwards. That is when I turn up the volume.
