I WISH I had any ability to play an instrument! Does the radio count? Lol. I do listen to music ALOT to help my moodswings though. I have music on my phone for every mood I could possibly be in! Gave up on meds a long time ago because I've never found anything that worked for me, & I get fed up with being the FDA's guinea pig. So music and an EXTREME & PAINS TAKING AMOUNT of self control is all I have.
