So I just got to lesson 5 in mindfulness and he's finally starting to explain how to do it but I need to buy some cool new pillows something called a zafu a little round buckwheat hull filled pillow and something called a zabuton which is a bigger shorter floor pillow. I'm thinking etsy for something unique...apparently the meditation practice is sort of like exercise but for your brain so you learn how to focus on the present instead of letting your mind wander to the past or future.
