That's great news we work hard on this ticker of ours and vitamin D3 fights depression and 5-htp increases serotonin as well, now to not go too high is where I said salts came in however, omegas for myself too I went 8 months feeling my best on omegas, just gotta remember there not enough alone.
The brain is a muscle and your neutrons fire faster giving growth, too quick is imbalanced. Always keep close with your team before any decisions.
