Same here, but I have two breasts sports bras that do what you describe. A what is called a uniboob bra, or, Shimeras mentioned above, might accommodate slight variation in cup size, but if there is more than a slight difference, owning different bras would be better. Plus, personally I hate the uniboob look, so I would avoid uniboob bras at all costs.

For a sports bra, being comfortable in it for just a few hours means that it is acceptable (plus, jump in it looking at your profile in the mirror, to make sure your breasts don't jump along...) . A regular bra should feel comfortable for 24 hrs minus how long you sleep, and if it doesn't, then it does not pass the test.
