Thank you so much. Everything you said is helpful. There is another doctor who was recommended by a friend. She is covered by my insurance, but is more than 25 miles from my home. It may be worth seeing her, though, if she is as good as my friend says, I fell she is a good fit. I am glad you found the right doc!
