Just be yourself. People will either have to decide to accept you with your flaws/perceived flaws, or put you on ignore and avoid your threads.

will help structure or solidify a strong/er sense of self, where you (anyone) can be free to be yourself without constantly checking, questioning, worrying, changing to appease others, etc.
