Is there a difference between how atypicals affect blood pressure or is it all the same? I was on Abilify at the time so I think she was referring to that.

Oh well abilify is unique it's a partial agonist so it weakly activates D2 where every other AP inactivates it. I can't guess what the effect on BP is because abilify acts uniquely depending on the endogenous dopamine levels in any region it can be either activating where there is low dopamine or inactivating where dopamine is high because it blocks the receptor but only signals weakly...
