Here's an organization that can help you manage hearing voices:
Intervoice: The International Hearing Voices Network
Some things that help me when I'm hearing voices:
- listening to music (sometimes. If I start getting messages from the music I have to stop)
- wearing headphones or ear plugs, some people say just plugging one ear is more effective
- engaging in something non-stressful like watching a movie or talking to someone
- having a conversation with the voices (but I don't like to argue with them because that just upsets me)
- counting or reciting lists of things out loud
As for delusions, I get a lot of weird thoughts and have to try to catch them before they become delusional. It's like inception, you have to stop the thoughts before they get rooted in your mind and you can't let go of them. This is really hard for me but I know I have to correct myself or reach out to others before the thoughts get out of control...
I've also found that relieving stress and having a good sleep cycle help me significantly.
To be honest, almost everything I learned that helped me was something I had to figure out on my own, so I don't know if these things will necessarily help you. Note that these things work a lot better if I'm on meds and semi-stabilized. If I'm not on meds and/or I'm stressed or sleep deprived then it's a lot harder.
