I know how you feel about hating life sometimes but it can get better. I've just had to come down on my geodon because of my insurance. I have depression, bp bpd and anxiety. I've really been having s hard time but I'm slowly getting better. So it's possible to feel better. Maybe you need some meds changes?.life can be so overwhelming when yr depressed. Please have hope. I haven't had any for weeks and finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sleep is so important so I hope you get some regular sleep soon. When I'm really down I try alot of self care. If I can only take a shower sometimes that's my biggest accomplishment for the day so be easy on yr self. Try and eat some balanced food. When I can't seem to eat good I at least make a smoothie with frozen blue berries, strawberries, yogurt, spinach banana and Apple juice. Blend it all up and you've got a great blend of nutrients.
