Don't be embarrassed it's just not something I can understand as I've never been super religious. My mom is for sure but she's not exactly stable. She's not a good reference point.
I agree to stay on meds for awhile though because you COULD me getting hypo and it could be precursor to mania which is no good from what I hear!
