Thanks for reassuring me. I think it will be ok, as I already told the receptionnist I was referred by my T and have a letter from my T to give to the GP.

My appointment is on Monday at 4:45pm, I'll let you know how it goes. What worries me a bit is that I have DBT group at 6, both are quite close so it should be ok, but I still worry I won't make it to group in time.
