Not to trivialize the way you're feeling at all but it might help to focus a bit on the knowledge that these feelings
are going to pass. Your mood
has to swing back.
Sometimes all you can do is "ride it out", try to avoid as much as possible things that are going to make you feel worse and keep reminding yourself that you can beat the things you can't avoid, it might not be at all easy beating them but.........And remember they are just "things" at the end of the day, I know they probably feel like so much more but try not to let them have more control than they need to.
And if it helps don't push yourself into doing things/or too many things, just do what's right for you.
And you've just started getting help (!!), you
really are on the right track, however hard things might seem right now.
And if something/s annoying/irritating you, just vent away
bigtime to us about it
