Italianfire, how about drawing whatever you see outside your window? Some times I'll pick up a pencil and just see whatever comes out. A assignment I got in an art class once was to drop some string on a sheet of paper, trace the lines the string made, then look for a picture to emerge from the traced lines.

What sort of things do you enjoy doing? You could do that. Or you could challenge yourself by doing something you've never done before.
