They feel really frustrated. They say you can't escape it. If you had diabetes, you wouldn't just say oh I'm fine I don't need this.... it wouldn't be an option. It's hard because the object that is being treated is so intangible. it's your mind.
I struggle with this every time I get depressed and it is something I use to beat on myself. It's a vicious cycle otherwise.
