I have a coworker who I am told by his brother (who also works there) has aspberger's syndrome. On my first day of employment, the coworker with AS said to me that his hobbies are stalking people, hunting people, and flirting with girls. Later that night he expressed his hatred of his high school and how he would like it destroyed. I told him that was a dangerous thing to say and he told me that he was harmless because he didn't have the means (weaponry) to pull off such an attack. He said that he had already been checked out by his school administration.
Today, he mentioned casually how he had assaulted a girl because she had humiliated him. At first he said he choked and punched her, but after prodding, he said that he had made her a necklace. After she humiliated him with it, he tried to pull it off her and it ended up choking her, but that he punched her in the past. He showed no remorse and seemed to be bragging about the whole thing. I told him that he was making me uncomfortable and that I would like him to change the subject but he refused. Who do I talk to? the school? his parents? the management? it's only a small family owned pizza joint. I don't think they are capable of dealing with this appropriately. Please help.
