I listened to the video. Thanks. I have studied Buddhist therapy already. Went to 2 Buddhist groups for months. No one was friendly. I found no compassion or welcoming. I did not enjoy meditation and found it tedious. The experience made me feel increased rejection and hopelessness. I tried other religions too. Now, I believe all religions to be false. Nothing works for me. Self compassion is BS if it doesn't lead to compassion from others. It's results that matter; not BS beliefs.
