I agree that you should have your problem checked out by an MD. My daughter (she's now 28) felt as you do - she had a tremendous aversion to the sun (and we live in California). She also battles severe anxiety. She could remain in dimly-lit rooms for days and days. Finally she began to feel unwell, so she saw her MD and had bloodwork done. Turned out she was dangerously low in both D and B vitamins. Her doctor put her on large doses of D and B vits & she felt better within a few days. She's still not a huge sun-lover, but she actually enjoys walks outside now.
