Hi, I been discussing this with my T. I am 2 months now without any cutting or burning. But I do have a bad habit of skin picking. I don't see that on the same level as cutting or burning but my T does.

I don't bleed from it. Sometimes I'm just rubbing my fingernail onto my finger, other times I pick skin off the finger.

What do you think? Is this SI?
