I recommend looking into dr Breggin's books and website even though you are not planning on ending the meds. I will forewarn you that it can be a triggering book for some people because he talks about some pretty heavy cases. You have to be able to take the information that is helpful to your situation.
I am no expert but I understood "tardive" to mean later which means it would occur due to the abilify not the lithium. Breggin does say in the withdrawal book that lithium can cause or worsen tardive dyskinesia. You could troubleshoot by lowering the dose for a little bit and seeing if the movements get better. He also has advice for coming off the drugs which might help with understanding if there is a connection to abilify.
