I have depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. Celexa worked for 11 years (alternating between 20mg - 60mg) and actually still works but after 7 years new side effects made it intolerable. Cymbalta (don't remember dosage) worked for 3 months. Lexapro (5mg-10mg) worked somewhat for 2 months. Lexapro kept anxiety down for the most part but didn't keep the depression away at either 5mg or 10mg. I am now on Pristiq (50mg). It's only been a little over a week but so far it works really well for both anxiety and depression.
