So I went to this new GP and it went well. At first I was really nervous, but she put me at ease. I even told her the basics about my csa (who and for how long, no other detail) and that my family situation is complicated, and I'd rather avoid any mail.
She was very understanding and made sure my blood results won't be sent to me, she'll text me when she gets them and we'll schedule another appointment.

When taking my blood pressure, she did notice my scars on my arm. She gently touched them and said: I see you have cut in the past... I had my deer in the headlight look and she added: don't worry, I'm a doc I pick up on things like that. Anyone else wouldn't notice it this quickly. But please try to stop...

She also mentioned maybe sending me to a specialist, but if that happens she'll carefully choose someone as gentle as possible. Last but not least she complimented my T on being a Pdoc who really cares, not a pill-pusher! I was almost glowing at that point, saying, yes I know, that's why I'm sticking with her!

So no the next challenge: getting out of the house one morning to have my blood taken.
