Not enough information to say whether he's stalking you or not and the word stalking is used way too loosely today. Is he following you, watching you and such? I can't tell by what you've said and I don't think you should worry about it at this point.

What I will say is he's clearly a creepy guy and you should be keeping your eyes open to it. Stay away from him as much as it is possible, he sounds like a real loser.
