Yes, I got them today. They are digital hearing aids not analogue, and I think the ear mould thing applies to analogue hearing aids, or something like that anyway, so all the audiologist did was just to do some adjustments on the computer and that was that.
Apparently I'm only to wear them for about an hour a day for a while until I adjust to them. I had the chance to try them out in the room when they were being fitted so she could check they were the correct volume (which isn't manually adjustable) and I was pleased about the way it made sounds sharper, although it makes my voice sound very weird, lol.
