Feeling stuck is like walking around in moon shoes stuck in mud, you can bounce but you can't move because the mud is holding you in.
have you gone to some kind of yoga or tai chi..? just it allows you to get rid of bent up emotions. I like tai chi its like the balancing of emotions to energy and allowing it to flow through. Plus you don't have to stare at someone else's butt like yoga makes ya do at least that is what happened to me I couldn't focus on my breath because someone else's butt was in my laugh circle plus I was like those yoga pants sure don't fit her and then I was a distraction to the class so I was asked to leave. But I got my laughter out of it and decided i needed something less distractions.
anyway enough breath, and breathing.
doing what works for you and striving on what is the best thing for you no matter what kind of suggestions any of us give you.
We all need a holiday for "ME" book 3 days off from work and travel to some place magical some place you may have never been before and do everything for "ME" because thats what kind of holiday its to rest, recoup, and relax. then when you come back you should feel rested and rejuvenated ready to restart your life up again with new found sense of you. You can do it I believe in you!!!
