I applied for disability and obtained it...not sure where you live but its hard to get on then they ask you all these questions...but if you can find advocates to help you fill out how the worse day feels like to you and everything else that you need for your portion. Then you need to go take it to the doctor...then take it someone who is social worker or someone who is qualified to demonstrate your eating habits, toiletry, sitting, standing, lifting, walking....they usually go by what the advocate help with you. I have been on it for 1 1/2 years for now.
