I am equally frustrated and grateful for our public health system, but I was discharged on Monday, told an outpatients appt would be made for Thursday it is now nearly midday on Wednesday still no call. The clerk on the ward i was on said she faxed my request yesterday morning and also sent it via internal mail. I know I should be grateful we have a health system that runs as well as it does but I still see areas where it can be improved and the new govt want cut funding it again. I certainly didn't vote them in.
