There are places to volunteer, but do you need to do anything before you volunteer? Even if you don't I still would be scared-to some extend.
Yes, they probably do, but guess what? Of course I am too scared to do that, too scared to go to guidance office to talk about a job, nothing personal. Stupid anxiety.

I have to have my mom call them, because I can't do it, I dial but I won't press call, I get too scared & turn it off.

This sucks, I did have Anxiety when I was younger... Maybe it went away? & came back? Maybe it was caused by depresion?
