Well, one thing I've been doing is going heavy on the fruits and veggies and keeping a close eye on the ingredients of food. I've also been eating a lot of eggs for breakfast, cause, sorry the cholesterol myth doesn't phase me. The Incredible Edible Egg wins out every time.
