I keep having sad, recurrent dreams where I come across a sick animal to care for. The animal changes each time. All of these animals seem to be beyond saving (a cat with cancer, a fish traumatized from its mother's death, etc.), although my dreams always end before I can know their final fate. These dreams are a bit upsetting.
