Sometimes you can find opportunities to sneak exercise in. For example, nearly every time I have to pick something up off the floor I slip in a squat thrust.

Whenever I'm carrying groceries home, I left the bags a few times as though I were doing a rep with weights. It's basically the same thing and on average a bag of groceries can be about five to ten pounds on each arm.
